One reason I do not feel bearish: Sellers are not aggressive. The market has come down from 5180 to near 5000 because of buyers reluctance to buy at higher levels. The desire to participate seems still very strong and as long as this trend persists, its unlikely that this market will crack.

Every stock is unique and it finds its own supply area/resistance. Once resistance gets established. traders use that area to supply more stock and thus resistance gets reinforced. In this article, I have covered two stocks which are finding difficult to cross over the resistance; and also what happens when stocks move past resistance
