Nice 4.1 miles today – warm but not unbearable.  Up Hunter Drive (long hill from mile 1 to 2) and then through a portion of the West Hartford Reservoir land.

Working from home ain’t all bad!

Nice!! I was able to get out at around 2PM today and ran for about an hour and 15 minutes – a little long for the work day, but being home makes it possible sometimes. I agree WAH has its advantages. Felt much better out there today. Maybe soon I will venture out to the WH res for some new scenery!

Ran into Jay Krussel at Westmore Park this evening. He runs on Thursday at 6:30 from Hall High School with some wheels a third his age. But he was keeping up.
