I ran there the last two days. Love the place. Ran there with my neighbor Dan Senecal about two weeks ago. Happy to give you a tour. No pesticides or dogs are allowed. Grass and dirt trails. You would not think there is enough acreage to pull off a long run but there are tons of trails through the woods. Lots of wild life but I have not seen any coyotes like the one you encountered in the reservoir several years ago. (I saw a bobcat last year that freaked me out although they are harmless.) I finish up my runs there with several hill repeats in the open field to get the heart rate as high as possible.
