Weeks before I run again

Tore my left knee meniscus during the first full day on a cruise thinking I could trying the imitation surfing at my age. Need MRI to see if surgery is required. We made the best of it while I used a wheel chair & crutches. It’ll be weeks before I run again.

Sorry to hear and best of luck Dave. I’ve heard that it’s sometimes better not to get surgery with meniscus injuries depending on how bad it is. I’d be curious what the doc recommends.
