Social Audit Reports FY 2024-25 and 2025-26-reg.

Sir/Madam,

Please refer to this department's earlier emails wherein it was requested to furnished Social Audit Reports alongwith two pages summary. In this regard, for the FY 2024-25, we have received the social audit report from Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Bihar, West Bengal, Uttarakhand. The social audit reports is still awaited from Haryana, UTs of Ladakh and J&K. The senior officers have taken cognizance of this matter. It is further requested to all States/UTs to intimate as to whether the social audit report is being prepared for the FY 2025-26. This may be treated as most urgent.

    This is to inform you that, in Delhi, the tender for conducting Social Audit of PM-Poshan Scheme has been successfully awarded to an independent organisation recently. They have started their work and its report is likely to be received by December 2025.

This is to inform you that the Social Audit Report for the financial year 2024–25 has already been submitted via email to pmp.5s...@gmail.com on 18th March 2025.

Further, the Social Audit Report for 2025–26 is currently under preparation. An MoU has been signed with Goa College of Home Science, Campal, Panaji, Goa for conducting the audit for the year 2025–26.
