Please find attached herewith the copy of LOK SABHA USQ NO. 2453 TO BE REPLIED ON 04.08.20225 regarding "Appointment of Health Amabassadors in Schools.". The text of the Questions are reproduced as under:

(a)        whether the Government has issued any advisory to all States and UTs for reducing 10 per cent of oil in cooking in view of childhood obesity and if so, the details thereof;

(b)        whether any training proposed to be given to teachers to identify obesity in students and guide parents to take suitable remedial measures, if so, the details thereof; and

(c)        the number of schools appointed student health ambassadors, State/UT-wise?

2.       You are requested to kindly provide inputs by tomorrow 11.00 am to enable to frame the reply of the Questions. This may be kindly treated as most urgent please.

Answer B –     In MP training of cooks have been organized by Rural Development Department. Training of teachers is to be conducted by school education department.

Answer C –     Question Related to school education and health department.
