Hello, I wanted to know if anyone was still in this group?  I am also a member of the NTDB google group, but with my new role as the state trauma registrar I was hoping people would be interested in participating in this group also.

Congrats on the new job!!!

What are your duties?

Thanks Robert! I am the trauma registrar for Texas.  I am still figuring everything out in my new role, one of my duties will be analyzing the submitted data from the hospitals and ems.  I am currently trying to put some benchmark reports together, and wanted to connect with other state trauma registrars.  I am the first person with trauma registry experience in this position, so I am very excited to be able to use my years of experience in this new role.

Seems to me to be very odd that you're the first person with registry experience to take on the role of "State Trauma Registrar".

Maybe over time, you can expand your role to ensuring data consistency across the state.

Hi Aisha,
I still check this group periodically. I'm searching it today to try and find help with our state registry submission! Since the State has made changes so that any blanks in a record cause the entire file to be rejected, we are at a loss as to how to submit our data! I'm wondering how other facilities are handling this? As I'm sure you are aware, due to AIS and ICD10 codes not being completely 1:1, there are occasionally blanks in an AIS code field and this is causing our submission to fail. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
Thanks!

Have you tried using "NA" instead of leaving the field blank?
This has worked very well for me for many years.

Hi Michelle,

I forwarded your e-mail to our Data Analyst who handles the submissions.  I would try what Robert stated also, as that's what I did as registrar.  If you continue to have an issue, please e-mail us at injur...@dshs.texas.gov so that we have your contact information to address this issue in a timely manner.

Thanks,

Aisha

Would you rather go for a 5 MeO DMT retreat or start your Toad Venom experience with a 5 MeO DMT or any other tryptamine disposable vapes. However, if you're a fan of acid, molly, shrooms, mushroom chocolate bars, Ayahuasca, psilocybin capsules for microdosing visit https://t.me/SPIRITUALBREAKTHROUGHMINDEXPANDE for more details.
When it comes to exploring the profound effects of 5-MeO-DMT, two options stand out: immersive 5-MeO-DMT retreats or the convenience of a vape pen. Which one is the better choice?

Retreat vs. Vape: What’s the Difference?

Nonetheless, if this is a tough question for you, well, let's break it down. The first and most important thing you would like to consider is cost. How much does a Sapo (5 MeO DMT) retreat cost. Second, is it available in my country?

And here are some of the things you should consider if you want to buy 5 MeO DMT vape or looking for online vendors of the toad Venom.

A 5-MeO-DMT retreat offers a structured, ceremonial setting where facilitators guide your experience. However, these retreats often come with high costs, require travel, and operate on strict schedules.

A 5-MeO-DMT vape pen, on the other hand, delivers the same powerful psychedelic experience at your own pace, in a familiar setting, and for a fraction of the cost. Whether for microdosing or full immersion, vapes allow for controlled, measured dosing—a major advantage for beginners. Also just to remind you that https://t.me/SPIRITUALBREAKTHROUGHMINDEXPANDE is the go to for both psychonauts and beginners.

[ ] 5 MeO DMT Dosing & Safety – Why the Vape Wins

With a vape pen, you control how much 5-MeO-DMT you inhale. Standard vaporized doses range from 5-15mg, allowing you to ease into the experience rather than being overwhelmed.

First-time users should always have a trusted tripsitter to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Retreats often provide a full-dose experience, which can be too intense for some. With a vape, you start low and adjust based on comfort.
