We have a Leadership Academy, a nine-month, five-stage program focused on goal setting, communication, business relationships, meeting management and time management.

Hello Barb, 

Virginia has a 10 month blended (virtual and in-person sessions) program that has 9 modules. We limit the program to 12-15 members and applicants are chosen by a group of alumni. We offer the leadership academy every other year and it's been around since 2005. It's been such as success that most of our board of directors, leadership team, and committee chairs are "VLA Alumni".
