We are re-evaluating our annual state conference and would love to know what you all are doing. Would you mind answering a few questions:

Do you offer an annual state conference/convention:
How many attend: # paid attendees vs. # comp attendees:
What is your typical registration fee for the event:
Is your event break even, profit centered or subsidized? If subsidized, what is the subsidy $
How many days is your event:
What time of year is your event:
Which of these are included in your event: CE classes, expo hall, high dollar keynote, theme parties, topical breakout sessions
What kind of support do you get from your local associations in promoting the event to their membership:

If possible, would you mind sharing a copy of your event schedule with me from last year?
