Instructor Training Institute Consortium

Hello!
Has anyone heard about the Instructor Training Institute Consortium? Apparently the ITI created an instructor training class & materials in 1991 and certain States were granted a license to use and reproduce the materials through authorized representatives.
Wondering if anyone has more details on this or knows if this is still a valid group?
Appreciate any info you can provide!
