To all USGenWeb Project Members,

 

It is almost time for our annual USGenWeb Project election. While all eligible members are now automatically registered to vote, you should still check your member registration to make sure that all of your regions show within your record. If any are missing you will not be able to vote in that area of the election. To check your record go to https://www.usgenweb.org/usgwelections/registration/regGuide.html for instructions.

 

STATE and SPECIAL PROJECT COORDINATORS: If you have not notified the Election Committee of changes to your project's membership; new members will not be able to vote, and members who have left your project will still be registered. Login to Oversight to view and update your Project Membership List. If you have forgotten your Oversight password (it is different than your membership registration password) contact the EC Chair, Pat Asher, - pjr...@att.net;  If you prefer, you can still use the Update Form at https://www.usgenweb.org/usgwelections/updates/updateForm.html to submit member additions and removals. Whatever method you use, to be effective for the 2026 election, they  must be submitted prior to 1 Jun 2026.
