News Flash . . . you have a new TSGS District Representative as of 1 January.
As you know the TSGS has our State apportioned into 19 Districts. TSGS District F comprises Johnson, Hood, Palo Pinto, Parker, Tarrant and Somervell Counties. District F encompasses 4161 square miles of Texas, and the six counties have a diverse population of 2.5 million people.
Each district has an elected district representative who is also a TSGS board member. Your new District F representative is, Pete Jacobs, who took over from Debbie Blanton McCoy. Debbie did a superb job over the years, first for District 11, and then District F.
As your new District Representative, I’m here to share information about genealogy, encourage membership and answer your questions. If I do not have the answer(s), I’ll find someone who does.
