For what it's worth, freepages and Rootsweb hosted sites are down since sometime yesterday. Whether or not that has to do with the latest round of changes on Ancestry / Rootsweb is anyone's guess.

This was reported on a help group for Rootsweb users.

I just tried a couple of mine and got nothing.
