*** PLEASE FORWARD TO ALL PROJECT LISTS ***
---------------------------------------------------------
To All USGenWeb Project Members:

The Voting Booth will open Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 12:01AM and will close  Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:59PM. To get your voting password go to https://www.usgwelections.org/GetVoterPassword.cfm

In addition to the Advisory Board seats that are on the ballot this year, there is a proposed Bylaw Amendment to replace the 5-member standing Grievance Committee with a single appointed Coordinator to take the necessary actions if a grievance is filed. Before accessing the ballot, you may want to review the details of the amendment at: <https://www.usgenweb.org/about/proposedamendments.html >

If you have forgotten your RegID number and/or password, enter your email address on file with the Election Committee and your login information to request your voting password will be sent to you. If you are registered under an old email to which you no longer have access, contact the EC Chair,  Pat Asher <pjr...@att.net> for assistance.

PLEASE -- Do not wait until the last few days before the election ends before contacting the EC about a password. The EC will make every effort to insure that all voters have an opportunity to vote for all positions in all areas where they are eligible; but last minute requests may not allow the EC enough time to make the changes that are necessary before a voting password can be sent to a different email address.

Thank you for participating in the USGenWeb Project National Election.

Pat Asher, EC Chair
