Google Groups - Assistance needed for workaround - gagenweb-project@googlegroups.com

Ok - I need someone smarter than Google - I am using the same email for the SC Mailing list to try to get onto the GA Mailing list - GA SC Paula shows I am a member - and it appears her emails and the GA Mailing LIst emails were going to SPAM -  when I marked them not SPAM, they did move to my inbox - 

However, that did not resolve any issues - as I sent gagenweb...@googlegroups.com two emails from MAKtran...@yahoo.com but neither showed up in my email box (or SPAM)   - I don't have any issues with the State-coord account - IDEAS?   (Yes I did try to link my google account to YAHOO and it was refused connection) 

Here's what I get when I try to check google groups  - as it is not listed under MY GOOGLE Groups:  
 

 

A fellow WI CC sent me this info which helped me troubleshoot -

I am not having any issues with the State Coordinators emailing list - hopefully this gets through -

You are listed in Members. It won't allow a second invite. Make sure you're trying to find the group with the email you are using. I used one of my non Gmail accounts as a test. It took a refresh to get to the group. 

If you do a Groups search use

GAGenWeb project

It has 22 members if you can see that. 

Let me know if you have any problems. Google has really made it more difficult to add people now.

It won't let me add Yahoo addresses to the Google Groups lists on alternate Thursdays. I have actually added a person to one list and not been able to do so on another list at the same time. They don't play nice together apparently.

Hello Group! 

Marcia isn't the only person having this problem. They are seeing the same thing. 

We would appreciate help with this. I've never had this problem with adding non gmail accounts to mailing lists until this. Some of the non gmail accounts did add without sending Invite to individual from Google groups.

Marcia -

Are you using an email client or webmail? In my experience webmail
capabilities are pretty feeble compared to a good email client (I use
Thunderbird).

That's odd - I've never had a problem subbing myself, or adding someone
else, to a Google mailing list using a non-gmail account. It might help
if the person with the non-gmail account can associate that account with
any aspect of Google, such as by creating an account with that address
as a login to Google Search.
