This is Linda Z.  My access to my WI county is also down.  
I see the  “suspended message” also.

I just checked and WIGenWeb is still showing “suspended.”

Oddly last night on some county sites I got the message account suspended which I had never seen before.  Some county sites did show up though.

A hit and miss.

Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Calumet, Chippewa. Crawford, Dane, Dodge, Kenosha, Marinette, Outagamie, Polk, Price, Racine, Rock, St Croix, Sawyer, Taylor, Walworth all say Account Suspended. Sauk wasn't found at all.

I also noticed that some sites show Joy's server or Rootsweb.

What are you looking at Tim?  

I just checked the webarchive for the county list for https://wigenwebsites.org/, it appears it has not been archived since the beginning... 

I believe all sites have moved off of rootsweb, wi-roots, and joy's server. (I know Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, Manitowoc and Marquette have)  Brown, Lafayette, Oconto and Sheboygan appear to be on usgenwebsites.org.

Not for me. It COULD be a DNS issue due to late payment, but it doesn't look like that.

What some of you may be seeing are cached pages from the website.  Your browser doesn't always re-pull the content for a webpage that you've recently visited.  If you click CTRL-F5 while on a webpage, you'll force a hard refresh of what's in your cache.

According to a DNS history site that I use, the DNS for wigenwebsites.org has not changed since December 2024 and the DNS credentials are fully replicated across the world.  Also, the wigenwebsites.org domain name (with NetworkSolutions.com) is not up for renewal until Dec 8, 2026... so that doesn't appear to be an issue either.

Whoever is responsible for managing the website probably can log into the CPANEL page (https://cpanel.wigenwebsites.org/) to see what's happening and I'm sure that Blue Host would provide a support link to communicate with their staff regarding the "Account Suspended" message.
