This needs to be deat with ASAP. The squeaky wheel gets oiled. They have telephone numbers and I think the NC needs to squeak and continue squeaking. Just my 2 cents worth.

For the record:

As of August 4, 2022, no new documents or updates were posted in response to the USPTO Petition to Director filed on 2/26/2022. I sent an email to USPTO's Help 2 months ago but have yet to receive any reply.

In addition, I was notified that beginning Aug. 8, 2022, a new higher-security ID must be obtained to continue to access the USPTO system SM files. This new process / ID will be required for all future owners of our service marks.
