Hi every one,

I am using regression model, but when I run with Stata, the error: no observation (r2000) appeared on the window of Stata program. I have checked all variables are numeric. Could you please tell what I am wrong and how to correct it.

Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Julia

You probably have missing values for one of your variables.

Anytime there is a missing value in ANY variable in an observation that observation is dropped. So if you have missing values for X1 for half of your sample and the other half of you sample is missing values for X2 then you will have not observations to work with.

J’s exactly right.  Take a look at the command -misstable- to quickly examine the vars in your regression to see what’s missing.
