Network Meta Analysis in Stata - How to Create Variables?

Hello Fellows, Good Greetings!!!

I have been asked to perform network meta analysis while comparing stent thrombosis using 3 methods BMS, DES I and DES 2. I have following variables:

Study (There are 21 studies in data)

Year

Total number of patients with BMS (nbms)

Number of outcome of interest with BMS (tbms)

Total number of patients with DES (ndes)

Number of outcome of interest with DES (tdes)

Treatment (Categories; 1: BMS versus DES 1, 2: BMS versus DES 2, 3: DES 1 versus DES 2)

I learned the literature and found that I have to create variables of odds ratio (OR) and standard error of logarithm of OR (seLogOR).

All I need is to ask is there any command in Stata by which I can create these variables? Please, help me else I have to calculate it manually which appears to be hectic task.

If managers would allow me, I can share snapshot of data too.
