DISABLED form submit button in google authorization page. upon stash installation

Hi,

I am trying to install the stashboard in our ubuntu linux server, I already installed python 2.7.6 and exported the google_appengine then run appcfg.py -A status -V v1 update /path/twilio-stashboard-3e4b18a/stashboard. It asked me to log in my google account and upon reaching the app authorization page, it says DISABLED form submit button. Any ideas how to fix this?
