StarUML 4.0.1 package installation fails on Debian Bullseye

Hi there,
I am currently struggling to install StarUML on Debian 11. The
Problem is an unsatisfied package dependency:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
staruml : Depends: libappindicator3-1 but it is not installable

Any ideas about this?

Thank you for your feedback.

We have tested on Debian 11 (Bullseye) and confirmed that the same problem on our machine.

Electron.js-based applications seem to have the same problem.

In our case, we needed to enter sudo apt --fix-broken install after sudo apt install libappindicator3-1.

Hello,

Please note that libappindicator libraries are no longer provided in Debian as stated in release notes here. So it is a bug now and should probably be fixed!
