Not clear how to model a complex Activity Diagram using the "Ref" Frame

Hi all, 

I am currently working on modeling a sequence diagram. Within this sequence diagram I want to reference a relatively more complex interaction using starUML. 

I know sometimes using these tools is not as intuitive. 

Within the diagram I want to reference a more complex process. 

Presumably I would do this with a ref block. The ref block would then be linked to another sequence diagram. 

I however cannot figure out how to do it. In the editor, the refersTo option is grayed out. 

The block I am using is an "InteractionUse" block within the sequence diagram. I have attempted to drag the Interaction I want to "use" or the interaction I want to summarize with this block but it doesn't work. 

There is another issue. When I attempt to display the InteractionUse block name in the diagram nothing happens. No text is displayed. I believe this is a bug. 

I will create a separate ticket for that.

Please try clicking the search icon of the "refersTo" property. You can select another Interaction.
