License Key for Version 4.x.x

I have been using StarUML v4 for long and then suddenly it tells me that my License is for version 3.

What can I do besides buying another License? Otherwise, me and my company would just ditch this software altogether

This version is 4.1.6 and i am using Windows 10 Pro.
