Nested name syntax in UML

How is a class together with its package name stated with UML?  In C++ i can write MyPackage::MyType.  Any nested name can be accessed that way but I don't know if :: if UML syntax.

Quick edit only allows UML syntax. For any expression outside that, enter it directly into the Property Editor’s name field.

After some searching I found that a single colon is the UML syntax.
