Use Staruml 3 license offline

I bought staruml3.
My working environment is offline to the Internet.
It looks like I can not register my license key.
How can I register my staruml 3 in the offline environment?

Hi,

We recommend to use under online environment. But if you can't, please connect internet once when you registering license key.

The problem is I can not connect to Internet because of some security reason.
You mean there is no way to register license key in offline environment?

Well. In that case I’ll be quite disappointed.
