Issues with Combined Fragment objects on Sequence Diagrams

(1) When they are displayed, the InteractionOperand and name fields are hidden behind other elements in the diagram so you cannot read them.  See attachment.

(2) When I nest Combined Fragment objects it becomes impossible to select inner Combined Fragment objects to move them around.

(3) I cannot add a new Message inside a Combined Fragment object.  I get an error: Invalid Message.

Maybe I just don't understand Combined Fragment objects well enough so I am confused how to use them within a Sequence Diagram?  I am new to UML Sequnce Diagrams.

1. It is a reported bug. It will be resolved in the next minor release. Here is a related thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/staruml/N29VgPOmzsg

2. Use "Send to Back" (Format > Alignment > Send to Back) and "Bring to Front" to order elements in a diagram.

3. It is not supported yet. Please connect Messages first, and then place Combined Fragments.

Has this issue ever been fixed?

I have the same problem using v2.8.1 on Windows 10 whereby Combined Fragments always appear underneath the timeline objects.  I've embedded and image so the results can be seen.
