Feature Request: Note Links on Association End and Notes as Model Elements

Hi I have a feature request (or two actually) around Note and Note Link Elements in Staruml:

1. Often I find that I need to describe something about specifically one end of an association (or generally any relation). Currently Staruml only allows to link a note to an association, but not to an association end. Furthermore the attachment point cannot be moved along the line. I would like to be able to either link directly to the association end, or (as a workaround) at least be able to move the attachment point around on the line.

2. More fundamentally I’d like to see Notes (and links) become part of the Model (so that they are visible in the model explorer). If I understand UML 2.5.1, section 7.8.2 correctly Notes and their relationships are part of the Metamodel as Comments and their associations.
Making Notes part of the model is helpful in cases where I create a Model with Notes on certain elements, and then later only want to show a subset of that model in a separate diagram. Because the notes are currently not part of the model I need to re-create notes for that diagram.
