StarUML locks up and gets a white screen while running the program

Good Morning,

My name is Tiago Veríssimo, I am a student of ISEC (Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra) in Portugal and I need to use your StarUML software to take a course in the Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Unfortunately, yesterday I started using StarUML version 2.8.0 (unregistered version) for Windws 8.1., And when I run the program it loads and then when I start to play the buttons and icons of it, it has a white screen and does not Does nothing else. Practically, as it is I can not do anything on StarUML. To exit I have to use the Task Manager. I have already uninstalled the software and reinstalled it several times and also restarted the computer, but the problem is still the same.

This software is the only one that I use on my computer that gives me these problems, something similar had never happened to me.

What could it be? What's the problem with StarUML? Is it run in Windows 8.1? Is it the unregistered version? Could your team provide me with a StarUML student license, please?

Does StarUML software work on a virtual machine, for example XP?

I have some urgency to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Hello I have the same problem on Windows 10 Pro x64 with my XPS 15 9550...

When I try to drag something, the screen almost insantly goes white and then I need to quit the program with Task Manager.

Is there any solution/patch/registry hack for this problem?
