How do I create a <<manifest>> relationship?

I want to link an artifact to a component via a Manifestation (section 19.5.9 of the UML 2.5.1 spec) - how do I create the `<<manifest>>` relationship between artifact and component shown in the example below?

You put a dependency relation from the artifact to the component and you put "manifest" in the stereotype property of the dependency.
