StarUML safe?

Hi everyone,

I used to use StarUML a few years back on Windows but these days I have Mac and I get this error when I just tried opening the app:

“StarUML.app” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

I tried version 2.8.1 and 2.8.0 but the result is the same.

Anyone had this experience? Is it safe to open the app?

Maybe just the developer "MKLab" is not paying for their annual "Apple Dev Membership", maybe?!

Hello Nikolay,

Yes, it's safe. We're preparing code sign certificates for Windows and MacOS from the next major release (v3.x).
