Can't move elements up/down with arrow keys (V.3.0.2)

Hi togehther,

under Linux i can't move (Ctrl+Shift+Up/down) elements (f.e. in a sequence or class diagram)  with the arrow key up and down.

Scrolling without Ctrl+Shift works.

Hi,

We've tested this issue in Ubuntu 16.04 (Ubuntu is the reference linux for testing), but the shortcuts are works well.

If linux is running under virtual machine (e.g. Parallels), it may not work.

Please share test results (works or not works) of other linux users.
