StarUML Ubuntu 24.04 - core dump

I have installed StarUML 5.1.0 from the debian package on Ubuntu 24.04 x86 64-bit. I tested this on 2x computers with the same result, the package installs fine but coredumps when I run the executable.

$staruml

here is the md5sum of the debian package:

I also tested this with the latest 6.x release and saw the same results. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback.

We recommend Ubuntu 22.04 for StarUML v5. Ubuntu 24.04 is released very recently (April, 20204), so please use StarUML v6 for Ubuntu 24.04.

We also tested StarUML v6.2.2 for Ubuntu 24.04 and it works well. Please try again.
