Eric,
You are the first person to mention CiviCRM. I was never aware of it
until now. There are at least one or two non-profit people in Social
Media Club and DotNext, I will drop a note about CiviCRM there too.
What are you using it for?

We are starting to use CiviCRM at the Missouri Bicycle & Pedestrian
Federation for membership management and payment, event registration,
and fund raising.
