Hello. What is the status of this group?

I came across the startupweekendorlando.com website. Not much there
but outdated information about a planned event in 2009. There is no
contact information on that site and one of the links lead me here.
Reading the posts here I gather it never happened.

Any chance of this event getting back on track or should I just blaze
my own trail?

I have an idea for a startup and I am looking to connect with some
like minded people in Orlando / Tampa / Central Florida.

If anyone is interested in either getting an event together in the
Central Florida area or is interested in getting involved with my

I am the owner of the domain. And I am an organizer for it. The event last year never happened. I would love you help and anyone else's help on getting it back on. Also let me know more information on your startup and maybe I can help.
