should i reveal offers to companies I am still interviewing with?

I got just an offer from company X, but am going for second on-site
round of interviews with Y and Z next week. I told Y and Z I already
have an offer, and they want to know the details. Should I tell them
the details, and would it hurt me since I still don't have offers from
them?

It will not hurt you, but could serve to anchor the numbers to what
the first startup initially offered. That's ok, however, since you're
in a position to spark a bidding war, so I would do it if I were you.
