Mission report:

Discovery is docked at Starbase, diagnosing issues with various malfunctions due to new upgrades. Having been given no new orders, Command begins to question the delay. The feeling around the ship is one of displacement and confusion, all the while maintaining their rote day-to-day.

Captain MacLaren meets with t'Raala, one of two exiled Romulan liaisons, offering her a place of permanency aboard Discovery as Communications and Linguistics officer.

Captain MacLaren, Commander Katt and Lt. Sera meet to discuss the Command structure, formalizing the Second Officer Position.

Ensign Kerrell and Lt. Bell diagnose a misbehaving personnel Transporter amidst the influx of the new crew coming aboard.

Lt. Brull tasks Ensign T'me with a special Security Personnel project.

Out of Character:

It has been awhile since we've seen the activity to warrant a report. October was encouraging as we experienced our most active month in recent history. It is my hope that we will continue the momentum.

Respectfully Submitted,

Caleb
