Hi, my name is Rex and I want to be a photographer's assistant. For free!
All I want is to learn all about photography. Please contact me so I can send you more info about me and stuff.
I know it sounds a little freaky but please, if you think you could use an assistant but can't afford it or know some other photographers who are starting with their businesses and getting some gigs themselves I am willing to help them too.
I have my own car and I am very smart and I am very computer savvy.

Great to hear back from you! I manage It's You Photography and we have been hired for a shoot at the Phoenix Zoo. They are doing a piece on their new lion exhibit opening in July. What I would need you to do would be to feed the lions raw meat while my team of photographers would take pictures of the hungry lions eating. Your name, of course, would appear in the credit signature. What brings you into the biz?

That's terrific! Photography is a fascinating form of art where one can truly express themselves. So as I was saying, your first role working in professional photography would be to get into the cage with the lions and feed them the raw meat. P.S. You should wear old sneakers or clothes you don't care about getting dirty/torn. Also, if you can bring a big stick
(broom?) you can use for protection incase the lions get too close.
