Hi Everyone,

We made some changes to the site today. I as that all of you delete
your tempory internet files as you may have old files cached which
will cause site errors.

Two Huge changes are:

1) Categories are not movable and of unlimited depth
2) Bookmarks themselves are now movable between other bookmarks and
not just swappable.

Two Medium Changes are:
1)Advanced/Simple Views - allow for removing social items and allows
for a more personal view
2)Thumbnail/List Views - Allows for removing thumbnails and showing
your bookmarks in a list.

Various Changes, not all listed:
1) Import Tweaks
2)Ability to delete all your bookmarks (Account configuration screen)
3)Ability to make all your bookmarks private or public (Account
configuration screen)
4)Site optimizations

Great News! Thanks so much for the graphicless list option, that will
be so nice for those sites that just won't update a graphic and insist
on stretching the box the full length of the site address lol. I'm
having some difficulty with the category moving part though. It seems
to take a very long time for the page to update for each move and then
I still have to refresh the page for the move to show as I get a
message saying it is unable to update the page at the moment. Is this
working as intended or am I doing something wrong?

Basically I'm moving a category to another spot. When I do this it
turns the moved category into a ghost type (same as if cutting and
pasting something in windows) but doesn't move it yet on my screen, it
closes and reopens the tree though (I'm assuming this is where the
category is supposed to be moved and the opening and closing of the
tree is the refreshing of the category list that is just not
working?). About 30 secs to a minute later it pops up a message box
that says "Tree cannot be recreated at the moment". I refresh the
page manually and the category is moved to the new location and all is
good... just strangely done lol.

Either way, thank you thank you thank you! I've been waiting for the
list option and hoping you would implement it, most appreciated ....
AND thank you also big time for the ability to move bookmarks around
without having to swap also! *going to go test that part right now
I'll post again when I figure out how that works and if that gives me
any grief :P

Looks like moving bookmarks works great! No hesitations and such at
all. One problem that really isn't a major problem is that the
bookmarks "shake" when you're dragging them and make it sometimes
difficult to get them to the right spot, but it's pretty minimal not
too bad. Just wasn't sure if it should be doing this so I figured I'd
post on it here and see. Thankkkkkkkkkkssssssss!

Yeah, we are seeing this delay as well, it was not an issue on the dev box and it appears some of the queries are not indexed properly... we are looking into this :)

Awesome thanks for checking on it. I've got another problem....
*wishes she had more good news hehe*

I am unable to edit my bookmarks at all, tried various ones in various
categories, but no changes stay. I tried updating the actual URL and
then updating just the title and nothing stays.

Suggestion: The edit panel still makes you sometimes wait forever
while it's trying to grab a snapshot. Is there a way the snapshot
generator could be turned off when you're using the list/advanced
mode? Since we don't really need the snapshots in that mode it would
be nice not having to wait for them to generate when editing since
this generating usually takes forever too which I don't know if it's
supposed to do that or not either.

Suggestion: Is there a way to change the font size of the list? I
looked in options but didn't see anything for the list view there, or
I am blind and missed it somewhere hehe. If not, is it possible to
add something to resize the font smaller or larger for the list view
and maybe for categories too if possible?

Question: What is the difference between the "List" view and the
"Advanced" view? I don't see anything difference so figured I'd
ask :)

Just me again lol,

I have a couple more suggestions/questions, not sure if this is
feasible so no worries if not, it's just things popping in my head
lol.

The list view is great! ... but (there's always a but isn't there?
lol) ...

There is a lot of wasted space on the page now in list view.... is it
possible to maybe make columns? Maybe a 2 - 4 column choice or just a
few columns or even just 2?
And of course I have to ask this once more, I think I asked this a
very very long time ago but I couldnt' find it in the forums so I'll
ask again.

A long while back you used to have a little green arrow next to each
bookmark for opening the bookmark editing/del etc. options for them.
I don't remember what you said when I asked if we could get this back
and I apologize for that sorry. I am still of the mind that this
would be a much more functional setup if it didn't have to open up the
options of each bookmark every time you moused over it for a very
short period of time. Right now it's like 2 seconds and to be honest
I very seldom open that panel to change or delete my bookmarks so it's
kind of an annoyance that it always alters the bookmark size and such
every couple of secs that I mouse over a new one.
The little green arrow was great for the edit features. That way we
didn't have the mouseover changes all the time and could just press
the little green button when we needed to edit it to open the option
panel of the bookmark. I always was sorry to see that go, but as I
said I cannot remember what you told me when I asked about it way back
when.

Thanks for the feedback,

We fixed adding bookmarks, this should work now if you delete you temporary files again.

We will still have to address some of the delays in some of the actions.
