Humdiff fitler/tool for data entry and critical editions

Hello **HUGers,

I created a new program called "humdiff" that compares different versions of the same music and then marks/highlights notes that are different.  It is available as a filter in VHV:

And can be used as a command-line tool from humlib:

To use on the command-line, download and install humlib tools:
     cd humlib
     make
     sudo make install
(humlib will eventually be merged with Humdrum Extras)

The tool/filter is useful for looking for differences when entering music with the double data-entry method or for preparation of critical editions.  Here is a short example from the documentation page, showing differences between two first editions of Chopin's mazurka in B minor, op. 30, no. 2:

The Breitkopf & Härtel edition, with differences compared to the Schlesinger edition highlighted in red:
