As you recover from Thanksgiving (and the "Black Friday" shopping spree) you can keep the spirit going with WXPN’s first-ever "Block Rockin' Weekend"!

Beginning at 4:00PM on Friday 25 November 2022, and running through until 10:00PM on Sunday 27 November 2022, programs will be stretched out "block-style" — presenting three songs in a row from noted XPN artists and albums. For your family time, or as road tunes on your journey over the river and through the woods, WXPN's "Rock Blockin' Weekend" aspires to provide an enjoyable soundtrack for the many moods of our long holiday weekend.

WXPN's endeavor covers 54 broadcast hours, including Specialty Shows like Land of the Lost, Sleepy Hollow, The Blues Show, Star's End, and The Folk Show, and hopes to spin the best music and spirit Thanksgiving time has to offer.

Please tune in to the 11.27.22 broadcast of STAR'S END Ambient Radio for "The Artist in Three Tracks" - an absorbing broadcast of music by ten select Star's End artists on the spacey side of XPN’s "Block Rockin’ Weekend".

Please enjoy a Happy Thanksgiving Homecoming Holiday! Thanks for tuning in!

Chuck van Zyl Livestream Q&A + Concert Performance 3-4 December 2022

Every Saturday Night/Sunday Morning from 1:00AM until 6:00AM finds Chuck van Zyl presenting the live broadcast of Star's End - WXPN's legendary late-night radio program of Spacemusic. With the December 4 broadcast being preempted by special programming Chuck has a rare night off and will spend it in a monumental online event from ElectricLatteLand.

"Star's Landing" begins with an 11PM Q&A moderated by Jeff Towne (of the nationally syndicated public radio program Echoes) and joined by friends & fans from far & wide. At 1:00AM EST Chuck van Zyl embarks on an epic live Electronic Music concert to fill the five hours usually occupied by Star's End.

To be "on the air" with Chuck and Jeff during the Q&A at 11PM on December 3, please join us on Zoom (this is for the Q&A only - for which registration is required). Please use this link to register:
