I am Hajime Hoshi, one of the Star Ruby developers.

I don't have a plan to stop developing Star Ruby.
In fact, I have been maintaining Star Ruby, for example, enbuging.
I think Star Ruby has been developing conservatively.
If someone requests new feature of Star Ruby, we will discuss about it and
implement it. But now I don't have a new idea especially.
If you have some ideas to improve Star Ruby, please send E-mail to this ML.
By the way, I have to write documents in English about version 0.3.x.
I'm sorry that there are not sufficient documents in English.
> Also, does Star Ruby have any built in collision detection? Thanks!
No, Star Ruby doesn't have such this feature 'collision detection'.
I think this shouldn't be implemented on Star Ruby.
We think Star Ruby should have only fundamental features.
(There are some people who try to make utility library (ex. collision detection)
with Star Ruby to make games easily.)
Thanks,
