以下、実行環境です。

32bit通常起動
rsdl、Star Rubyをソースからビルドしてインストール

以下ターミナルです。

数値をみるとアルファ値、赤ともに正常ですが緑は2倍、青は5倍の結果になっています。
自分はColor.newの挙動が怪しいと思っています。（もしくはビルドオプション？）ではでは。
