Dear Camp Owners,

 

The Finance Committee will present to the Membership findings and recommendations at the upcoming Town Hall Meeting.  This will be an opportunity for Camp Owners to learn about items to be voted on at the June 20th Spring Meeting, ask questions and make suggestions.  Materials related to the Town Hall will be circulated in advance of the meeting.

 

Save The Date:      May 19th  (Tuesday evening) Virtual Town Hall 7 pm  (Hosting Platform TBD)

 

Also, the Committee has access to a Microsoft Teams Account to host the Town Hall, however, if anyone has a Zoom account that we could use, please let me know.

Dear Camp Owners,

 

We sent the “save the date” email below to everyone for the Virtual Town Hall meeting that will occur on:

 

May 19th  (a Tuesday evening) at 7 pm.

 

Below is the information you will need in order to join the virtual meeting.

 

The Town Hall will be held using Microsoft Teams.  This service is free for all meeting participants and you do not need a Microsoft account.  Below is the information you will need in order to participate.  It is strongly suggested that everyone participate by video conference rather than using the audio dial-in.

To participate by video conference using a computer, the easiest way, please use this Microsoft Teams link:

  1. After the web-page opens, click:
    “Continue on this browser” (you do NOT need to download anything)
  2. Type your name
  3. Click “Join Now”
  4. Click “Allow” for your camera and microphone
  5. You’re in!

 

To participate by video conference using a phone or ipad:

 

Step 1 — Download the app (one time only):

Step 2 — Join the meeting:

3.      Type your name

4.      Tap Join

 

IMPORTANT TIPS

  • If something isn’t working, try using a computer instead of a phone
  • Join 5–10 minutes early to give yourself time

  • Close everything and click the link again
  • Or ask for help — every member of the Finance Committee is on Teams.
