Problems with sync Palm desktop 4.1

HI NG,
I want to sync my palm IIIx on a WinXP maschine with my Staroffice 5.2 .
I have installed the starsync.prc on my palm.
The sync condinuits are allright.
But the starsync doesn´t function. And after any Hot Sync i have the message
" please push the Button reset bellow, to setting back u´r palm."
And no new dates are arrived in the Palm.
I didn´t know what´s the problem is.
Please help me!
