I have StarOffice 5.2 installed on my WinXP machine.
I have downloaded some .vcs files and would like to put them into my
calendar.
Starschedule finds them when I try to import them, but after I click open,
they are not displayed
in the calendar.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Tim

It would depend on what you are importing, Calender/Event or Task items.
Did you select the right filter?
There are two vcs filters, one for Event and one for task.

It would appear that vcs files are tab delimited.

Open in a word processor such as StarWriter.
Select - Copy

Open a new spreadsheet like StarCalc.
Set Speedsheet Cell Format to TEXT.
Paste Special - Unformatted text.

The Tabs act as column markers. So the text is past to accordingly.
Carriage returns send the next entry to a new line.

Relatively easy after a little experimentation.
