How do i tell star office 6.0 to put my draft in A4 LANDSCAPE

Because when i work with "online view" and then print it just prints
out in A4 PORTRAIT.

Secondly how do i tell star office 6.0 that i do not want borders on my
final document i keep getting this horrid white border AFTER I have set
the fonts etc etc etc and when i chose a background colour i expect it
to cover the whole page
