Sortin special Swedish characters

I've installed English StarOffice 8 on Solaris 10 x86 having the Unix
LOCALE set to en_US.ISO8859-1 and I want to sort based on Swedish
characters in a starcalc document.
However, sorting a column is not done correctly even if I choose
Swedeish is the StarOffice Language Oprtions. Anyone who knows how to
set this to get
correct sorting?

Not much traffic in this group. Well, found the answer myself. You have
to select the correct locale in the sort popup window. Then it works OK.
