When updating SO7 to PP4 (Solaris 8 SPARC) by patch 116519-06, the registration
of many lib*.so components failed and program/services.rdb was not changed
at all, only program/types.rdb was. But on first tests, the program seems
to word properly. What could have been the reason? Are there any adverse
effect to be expected?
