Header only on 1st page of text doc?

I've made a template for use as default letterhead, containing just a
header, so that new text documents open with the letterhead.

(I used header so as to get left align and right align for parts of a
line in the letterhead.)
But it gets put at the top of *every* page of a letter.
How do I get OpenOffice to put it only on the first page?
(have looked in help but can't find the answer.)
