Auto addressbook configuration crashes Staroffice

In one user account I get an addressbook setup whenever I try to start
staroffice 6.0 . Whatever I enter in the dialog boxes is rejected and this
makes staroffice crash. Is there some way for me to disable this
addressbook setup? I would rather not bother with it.

Hi Smitty,

The activation of the AutoPilot, for the connection of an address book
in StarOffice, is controlled over the "jobs.xml" file. This file is
located in the directory

"\StarOffice6.0\user\config\registry\instance\org\openoffice\Office\"

only after the program is started for the first time.

If the "jobs.xml" file exists, the AutoPilot for the address book will
not be automatically activated. If this file does not exist, the
AutoPilot will automatically start after starting the program as well as
after the installation.
